Geneseo Public Library District
Board of Trustees Meeting
September 12, 2022

The Board of Trustees of the Geneseo Public Library District did not meet on Monday, September 12, 2022 at the Geneseo Public Library in Geneseo, Illinois. Because several members would not be able to attend the meeting, it was decided it would be best to cancel it. 

In order to assure bills would be paid on time, the following items were attended to via email:

Bills to Be Paid  Karen T. made a motion to pay the current bills. Carol seconded the motion. These members made no response: Janet, Ray and Paul.
The following members voted “yes.”

Financial Report Karen C. made a motion to accept the Financial Report. Carol seconded the motion. These members made no response: Janet, Ray and Paul. The following members voted “yes.”

The Board will meet at 6:30 pm on Monday, October 10 at the Library.
